I felt overall satisfied with my final project for this class. Once again, I did end up setting goals for myself that were unrealistic given the time I had to achieve them, but I was much better at having the next best thing to my goals still be a viable product that looked good and worked well. Some parts of this choose your own adventure I ended up being unable to make, but most of what I wanted to do ended up working out, and working out as I intended.
The nature of this project made it much easier to work on procedurally instead of all at once, allowing me to completely finish one page before moving onto making the next because it ended up being easiest to do it that way. That made the project much less daunting than having to complete an entire two-minute animation with color, even if we had more time to do the last one.
I had a lot of fun creating this project because I did well picking a subject that I was interested in, good at, and enjoyed creating. Drawing silly little fish and other creatures is one of my favorite pastimes, and I greatly enjoyed getting to create little bits of data on the fake fish that I created, putting my writing skills to use. I also was satisfied with my easter eggs, I think that they were definitely the right difficulty to find and fit in well with the rest of the project.
This was a fun final project! Thank you!
